South | Sanctuary | Identity and conscience. Nothing proceeds outward that has not been formed inward. To form inner authority before outer authority.
West | University | Knowledge and learning. Truth must remain unchanged, but its curriculum must renew. To keep truth intelligible across time.
North | Parliament | Governance and authority. Authority must be worn as office, not improvised as personality. To turn formed people into legitimate authority.
East | Capital | Economy and stewardship. Capital must remain productive, but always governed by conscience. To ensure capital serves formation, dignity, and civilizational continuity.
When one dominates or detaches, distortion follows. When the 4 converge, civilization becomes sustainable.
